Modern Trends in Leadership Training

This document details modern trends in Leadership Training. A vast majority of the information and research is from 2017 - 2018, however, there are widely studied trends in Industrial-Organizational Psychology which have not been fully employed in many workplace leadership settings which have been included for reference. These trends are important for context because they don’t have results yet, but are showing promising progress.
