Cultural Competency Awareness Training
This is a break from my status quo and was an opportunity I was excited to take! I was asked to assist with the development of cultural competency training, and had the chance to do some research and collaboration with a former colleague on the information presented.
What are Implicit Biases?
Implicit Biases are thoughts or feelings that you are not aware of that influence your judgement.
These biases are rooted in your preferences for or against something.
Your preferences may lead you to having favorable or unfavorable biases.
